Everything to know before you order: returns, shipping and payment.
1. Returns and exchanges
- You can exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with Egyptian consumer protection law.
- The piece has to be unworn and unwashed, with the Raqiya Lady packaging and the price tags still on it.
- Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we will arrange for a courier to collect it.
- Shipping fees apply to exchanges and returns, unless the piece has a manufacturing fault.
2. Shipping and terms
- Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days to every Egyptian governorate.
- Cash on delivery is available, and so is an InstaPay transfer.
- To keep the linen-cotton the way it is, follow the care instructions that come with the piece.
